Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Ujuzi Kidigitali account and associated personal data at any time, whether you use Android, iPhone, or the web app.

Delete from the app

Sign in to the account you want to remove, open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This removes your account and ends access to courses and purchases.

Cannot sign in?

Email reply@ujuzikidigitali.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting the account.

What is deleted?

Your profile, course progress, quiz results, certificates, referrals, and associated app data are removed. Transaction records that we must retain for legal or accounting reasons may be kept only for the required period. The process may take up to 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
