Create Your Account
Visit ujuzikidigitali.comand click "Sign Up". You can register with your email or use Google sign-in. After registering, check your email for a verification link.
Subscribe to Access Courses
Pay 20,000 TZS for 60 days of full access. We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and card payments. The secure checkout page will open in your browser.
Start Learning
Browse courses on the home screen, enroll in any course, and start watching video modules. Complete quizzes to test your knowledge and earn certificates!
Payment Troubleshooting
Payment went through but I don't have access
If your mobile money was deducted but you still see the payment screen, tap the "Nimeshalipia"(I've already paid) button. Our system will verify your payment and grant access automatically. If this doesn't work within 5 minutes, contact us with your transaction ID.
Checkout page won't open
Make sure your browser allows pop-ups from ujuzikidigitali.com. If using a mobile browser, try the "Fungua tena" (Open again) button to re-open the checkout page. You can also try clearing your browser cache.
My subscription expired
Subscriptions last 60 days from the date of payment. When your subscription expires, you'll be redirected to the payment screen. Simply pay again for another 60-day cycle — there are no auto-renewals.
Certificate Verification
Each certificate issued by Ujuzi Kidigitali includes a unique certificate number (format: UKD-YYYY-XXXXX) and a QR code. Employers and institutions can verify the authenticity of a certificate by scanning the QR code or contacting us with the certificate number at reply@ujuzikidigitali.com.
