1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ujuzi Kidigitali platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may register using your email address and password, or through Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

3.1 Pricing

Access to our courses requires an active subscription of 20,000 TZS (about $7.50 USD) for 60 days of full access to all available courses. This is a launch price. From 5 September 2026 the price becomes 25,000 TZS for 60 days. Members who use a valid referral code pay a reduced amount, shown on the payment page before you pay.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halotel Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard, processed securely through our payment partner Snippe (snippe.sh).

3.3 Subscription Cycle

Subscriptions are not auto-renewing. After 60 days, your access will pause until you make a new payment. There are no recurring charges.

3.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of payment and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

3.5 Digital Shop

The Shop offers digital products such as ebooks, templates, and skills. When you unlock or buy a product, you receive a personal licence to use it for your own learning. You may not resell, share, or redistribute any product. Because products are digital and delivered at once, Shop purchases are final and not refundable, unless a file fails to download because of a fault on our side.

3.6 Live Meetings

Live Meetings are scheduled online sessions. Some meetings are free for Premium members and some require a separate payment, shown before you book. Seats are limited. If you book a paid meeting and cannot attend, tell us at least 24 hours before the session to request a credit toward a future meeting. No shows and late cancellations are not refunded. We may record sessions for learning purposes.

3.7 Referral Program

Premium members receive a referral code to share with friends. A referral counts only after the invited person subscribes to Premium. Rewards work as follows: one friend opens one product, five friends open the whole Shop, ten friends grant lifetime access, and from your eleventh friend onward you earn 3,000 TZS for each additional friend. Cash rewards are paid manually. We may withhold or cancel rewards for fraud, such as self referrals, fake accounts, or any abuse of the program. We may change the reward structure with notice.

3.8 Uliza AI Assistant

The app includes an AI assistant called Uliza that gives general guidance about using the app, in Swahili. It is limited to 7 questions per 7 days per user. Answers are generated automatically and may not always be complete or accurate, so for payments, refunds, account problems, or anything important, please contact us directly. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the assistant. Your questions are processed by OpenAI to generate replies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, quizzes, text materials, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Ujuzi Kidigitali or its content creators. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without authorization.
  • Record, download, or screen-capture video lessons for redistribution.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued automatically upon successful completion of all modules in a course (where certificate issuance is enabled). Each certificate includes a unique certificate number (format: UKD-YYYY-XXXXX) and a QR code for verification. Certificates represent completion of the course curriculum but do not constitute accredited academic credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious code or content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us at reply@ujuzikidigitali.com. Upon termination, your access to course content will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ujuzi Kidigitali is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
